What personal data we will be collecting and why we collect it.
Comments
Visitors are allowed to leave their comments on NEXUST. NEXUST will collect all the data in a form of comments. The collected data will be further analyzed as a part of company further development and improvement.
Besides, the visitor’s IP address and its browser agent string from each comment also will be collected for the purpose of spam detection. Any anonymized string (also known as hash) NEXUST found from the user’s email, the collected data will be directed to Gravater for authenticity analysis. The privacy policy of Gravater service is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment has been approved, your profile information will be visible to the public.
Media
If you wished to upload any related images or pictures, you should avoid uploading images that attached with embedded location information (EXIF GPS). EXIF GPS can be simply defined as a location-based data that attached with your images by the time you obtain the image. Such preventive measure is meant to avoid the other visitor to download and extract your location data found in your uploaded image on the website.
Contact Forms
If you wished to proceed with enquires through contact forms, you should avoid including personal privacy data such as your identification number (IC number), phone number and privacy-related information. NEXUST team will get back to you about your enquiries via email if it is deemed necessary.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on NEXUST site, you may opt-in to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your particulars again when you wanted to leave another comment. Such cookies will only lasts for one year.

All the data and information from the visitor provided through enquiries platform, emails or online applications will be solely collected for NEXUST analysis and development. NEXUST will not ever share your data information with any third parties. All the data information that NESXUST collected or provided by our clientele will be remained as high confidentiality.
What third parties we receive the data from?
NEXUST will only use the data information from third parties solely for informational purposes. Also, NEXUST will be only using verified third parties to obtain data information, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google and so on. While NEXUST is retrieving data information from the third parties, NEXUST will remain clientele information as high confidentiality and will not provide clientele information to any third parties.
How long do NEXUST retain your data?
For users who registered on our website (if any), we also will store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users are allowed see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except their username). Besides, website administrators also have the authority to edit such information. The data retaining will last until NEXUST found any inactive user. The information of the inactive user will be archived.
What rights you have over your data?
If you have created and registered an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request an exported file about your personal data that NEXUST holding with, including any data you have provided to NEXUST. You can also request NEXUST to erase any of your personal data that NEXUST holding. This does not include any data that NEXUST obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data?
Most of the data NEXUST obtained from the visitors will be sent to NEXUST server for further analysis (if needed). For the data that the system detected as spam, it will be directed to the server bin. Visitors’ comments can be checked through an automated spam detected service. Still, all the transferred data will be remained as high confidentiality.
How we protect your data?
NEXUST is always committed to protect the privacy and security of any personal data that clientele may provide through the enquiries, email or online platform. Personal data includes information that can be directly or indirectly linked to a specific individual, for an instance of name, address, contact details or email address.
Should NEXUST Enterprise asks the clientele to provide certain information by which an individual can be identified when using this website, the clientele can be assured that the information will only be used for such purposes it is requested. Besides, all the data NEXUST collected will be only keep in our own server.

Industry Regulatory Disclosure Requirements
In accordance with Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia (PDPA), any personal data provided by the clientele shall be protected according to the Act and NEXUST Enterprise. Malaysia shall not be held liable or responsible for any information and/or contents in these enquiries that has been revealed and/or abused at large and/or already within public knowledge and for any risks and/or occurrences by publishing any of the contents and information given herein. All the information provided by the clientele is SOLELY for the utilization of NEXUST Enterprise and its verified strategic partners.
What data breach prevention we have in place?
Hopefully, such unfortunate will not occur but NEXUST have prepared preventive measures if there is any data breaching occurred. NEXUST will immediately check with the server and try our very best to recover as much information as we could if data breaching occurred. Besides, NEXUST will report the happening to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner (PDPC) in accordance with Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia (PDPA). Furthermore, the report released from PDPC will be analyzed by NEXUST for further prevention improvement.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
All the data information NEXUST collected from the clientele will be used for further analysis to decide the suitability of the service that clientele asked for. All the suggestions given to our clientele from the automated decision making process will not be involve with any human interactions. All the recommendation will be based on the personal profile information and the factual data provided from clientele. Automated decision making process will enhance the decision effectiveness based on factual data but it is not a must for clientele to engage with such process. NEXUST always open for clientele if there are any enquires.
